Gazenko Surgical & Cosmetics Center is a general surgery clinic and a center for cosmetic enhancements through the use of injectables, dermal fillers, laser treatments and skin care. Dr. Gazenko provides care to general surgery patients starting with the preoperative evaluation and surgical procedures through their postoperative recovery. For cosmetic patients Dr. Gazenko focuses on enhancing appearance through the use of medical grade skin care products, injectables and dermal fillers, and laser treatments such as laser hair removal, pigment treatments and skin tightening. Our clinic also provides injections of botulinum toxin for chronic migraine and trigger point pain relief. Additional services include medical weight loss program featuring the weekly injection weight loss drug Semaglutide and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy with hormone pellets.

Our Areas of General Surgery
The general surgery practice focuses on treating diseases of the abdominal cavity including gallbladder disease, hernia, and appendix. We also manage diseases of the skin and soft tissue and do upper endoscopy (EGD).
Our breast care practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases, including in office biopsy, excisional biopsy, lumpectomy, and mastectomy. We treat benign and malignant breast diseases.
Botulinum toxin injections are known primarily for the ability to improve the look of facial wrinkles but it can also be used to treat conditions such as neck spasms (cervical dystonia), TMJ pain, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). It also prevents chronic migraines and alleviates trigger point muscle pain.
